The instructions ask that you leave the compound on for 5-10 minutes. For that to happen in the shower, I need to install a radio, microphone and perhaps even a TV screen (if we can do it with exercise equipment, surely we can trick out the bathroom too). So I had it on for maybe four minutes and has such seriously amazing results, I can't imagine what would happen after ten. You probably step out looking like Kate Upton. I've seriously got to stick it out and see, but I'm telling you after four minutes my skin was the most sumptuous it's ever been straight out of the shower.
