I think scented stationery is one of those luxurious items that seems so 1940s and yet, why shouldn’t it be a part of our daily lives?

I mean, we need all the help we can get to make things a little lovelier, wouldn’t you say?

So when I came across The Soap & Paper Factory, I was excited to learn that they made scented stationery.

But I had no idea how beautiful it would be until it arrived on my doorstep!

Everything is made in New York and use organic products when possible.

We chose boxes and tubes made from recycled materials to hold our products. We chose the Italian glass for our candles because they are tailored, unique and feminine and can be reused for wine, water, or juice. Beautify your home - reuse all the boxes and containers!”

Gotta love that!

And boy do I love my box of Orange Blossom Scented Stationery!

Not only are the 24 boldly printed cards and envelopes contained in a beautiful matching box (made from recycled materials and a wonderful keepsake box or something pretty to put business cards in), but included is a vial of hand poured perfume.

I love the chocolate brown petals edged in fuchsia on a palm green background with white accents, and the smell is soft and feminine.

What a fantastic gift or way to connect with someone through old-fashioned mail.

Wow.

And the Rosewood Notecards are also spectacular!

I love the modern take of the rose and with the thick grey envelopes enclosed, they make a lovely note of congratulations or just a quick hello to a faraway friend. They come in a clear box of 6 cards/envelopes.

The Verbena Thank You Notes are a great way to express your thanks. Dramatic white flowers pop out of a black background trimmed in grey. I really love the look of these!

And speaking of Verbena, you’ve got to try the Verbena Body Cream!

This soft and silky cream comes in a huge, beautifully decorated jar that is packaged in a beautiful grey box wrapped in ribbon. I love the way they package their products!
