Thought Dried Fruit Had to be Dry? Not Fruit Bliss - It's Fresh, Moist & Bursting with Flavour

I have never been a fan of dried fruit. The leathery texture always sent me packing for the real thing. Occasionally,  I would give into a recipe that called for dried apricots and dates, thinking it would make the experience more authentic. My plate was always the one with them in a little pile. No matter how fresh they were, the rubbery texture always got in the way of any taste they might still have.

That's why I'm thrilled to have found Fruit Bliss. It is the closest thing to eating fresh fruit while still being dried. I know that sounds contradictory, but because "every piece is infused with a touch of moisture," their fruit really doesn't taste dried at all. Each piece is plump and moist and unbelievably delicious. Fruit Bliss has invented a way to preserve the freshness and integrity of the fruit and by keeping all their fruit preservative-free and adding a little bit of moisture, you get the closest thing to fresh fruit while it's still technically dried. It's incredible. And the only ingredients? The fruit itself and water.

Their line of products includes Soft Dried Apricots, Soft Dried Plums, Soft Dried Figs, Mini Apricots and a Fruit Medley that includes figs, apricots and plums. Not only do these make amazing snacks while on the go or in between meals at home, but I'm using them in cooking too. They are the perfect mix of fresh and dried so that they hold up to the heat without falling apart, but they impart fantastic flavours without ever having to endure a tough texture.

In other words, they're perfect.

After decades of avoiding dried fruit, guess who's a fan now? Only if it's Fruit Bliss, of course.

Shop Fruit Bliss now and forever change the way you see "dried" fruit.

p.s.  They also pledge to donate 5% of their profits to organizations that show a commitment to healthy eating.
