The little shop based in Toronto is filled with lines such as Aviator Nation, Pi Organic, Green Dragon and Om Girl. Alison carries a lot of California labels as well as anything that catches her eye. Exclusive lines are important to her as there is nothing worse than to see the whole crowd donning the same outfits over and over again.

But these clothes are not for the studio or gym alone. There are ruched dresses that can go from the office to late night drinks in a snap and deconstructed tees that are great for casual lunches or fancy dinners.

And there are accessories such as organic eco-bags and clutches, cute hats and pretty scarves to look through and stock up on too.
