Calling All Novice and Serious Photogs! Popabrella and Shootsac Simplify Everything!

I bet that you take not a bad photo. In fact, I'd say that you've got some shots worthy of framing in your collection.

So want to take it to the next level?

Here are a few products that will help you in your role as a photographer - whether you just snap shots while you're out and about on weekends or whether you spend all of your spare time checking your aperture and working with natural and artificial lighting.

Say cheese!

Popabrella

I'm not a serious photographer, but I do enjoy taking pictures and trying to figure out the best angle, the right lighting and the best way to showcase a flower or a fountain.

The Popabrella is perfect whether you're a hobbyist like me, or a professional like my neighbour Paul.

Popbrella allows you to shoot in the sun, keeping the elements out of your lens and making for a better photo.

Before you had to shield your camera (film, digital or video) with one hand while trying to snap a shot with the other. Now with the Popbrella you can shield your camera from the sun (or rain, sleet, snow, etc) with ease.

It tilts, slides up and down and adjusts from side to side so no matter what size camera or what environment you're filming in, you can take the best possible picture without having to worry about the interference of the elements - unless your taking pictures of tigers in Sumatra during rain season...

It's super easy to use, even for a dolt like me, and it's perfect for traveling - it's compact and folds up.

So go out and shoot into the sun.

Because now you can.

Shootsac

Finally! A bag to hold your camera lenses that actually looks good and not like a gross lunch cooler bag.

The Shootsac is fantastic! It's "the first-ever lens bag designed to be WORN comfortably WHILE you shoot. It holds 3-6 lenses and other shooting accessories safely and conveniently at your fingertips. And...still manages to fold completely flat for super easy transportation and storage."

So while I'm no pro and I don't have a ton of equipment, I sure feel like a pro with this bag! One hand in the bag, one hand on the camera - brilliant!

And it really is comfortable. So comfortable in fact that I use it occasionally for hopping out to the store or downtown. See, it's got 6 lean pockets that can hold your wallet and your keys... I know that it's not meant for that, but I figure a bag that works for more than one occasion can't be a bad thing...

Of course these pockets hold your cellphone, wallet, memory cards, camera straps and everything else you could need on a shoot.

I love that it's made out of neoprene. It's so squishy and soft and fun to wear and extremely light. I mean, why do people make heavy camera bags when the equipment is already plenty heavy enough, thank you very much. It is incredibly sleek and modern and it doesn't look like a camera bag, which means people won't think that you're carrying around expensive camera equipment...

So smart!

And designer Jessica Claire was really thinking because you can get True Colour Covers in the most beautiful patterns with the sweetest names - Thankful, Splendid and Lavender Lemonade. These attach on with velcro, so you just whip off the old cover and put on a new one for an entirely different look.

A whole lot of practicality with a little bit of fun and fashion mixed in.

It's the perfect camera bag.
